This forum is co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Alachua County,
Alachua County Citizens for Excellent Education (ACE), and
the Alachua County Council of Parent Teacher Associations (ACCPTA).
The forum will include:
An overview of Alachua County education funding for the 2008-2009 school year.
Information on the proposed 1 mil property tax referendum for Alachua County school funding.
Questions and answer with the four school board candidates running for the District 2 and 4
seats, expiring in 2008. School Board elections will occur August 26, 2008.
